The first private pizza chef service on the French Riviera, I bring a real Italian pizza experience straight to your home!
I use the Ooni Volt 12, a professional-grade electric pizza oven designed for indoor use.
It reaches high temperatures quickly and safely! No smoke, no hassle.
Thanks to its compact and portable design, I can come directly to your home and prepare authentic Italian pizza right in your kitchen, in front of your guests.
How it works
1 Contact me with the form or on WhatsApp and tell me about your request, the date, the number of guests and the place.
2 We decide together the selection of pizzas you would like to include in your tasting menu.
3 I will come at yours usually 1h before the agreed dinner/lunch start time with my Ooni pizza oven, to set up the kitchen and finalize all the preparations.
4 Your pizza night is a “giropizza” journey: I serve one pizza at a time, freshly sliced and shared – so everyone can taste all the creations around the table.
5 At the end of the service I will make sure to clean the kitchen thoroughly, and leave it in the same condition it was originally found.

How much a pizza experience cost?
The price depends on the number of pizzas and the ingredients selected.
As a reference, a full experience including one pizza per guest and a dessert starts from €50 per person.
Do I need a big kitchen?
Not at all. My electric oven is compact and designed for indoor use.
I only need a small space with a table or countertop and access to a power outlet.
Is it suitable for kids?
Absolutely! I can prepare kid-friendly pizzas with simple and familiar flavors.
It’s a fun and interactive experience for families.
Can you make vegetarian or gluten-free pizzas?
Yes, I offer vegetarian options by default and can prepare gluten-free pizzas on request.
Please let me know in advance about any allergies or dietary needs.
Does the oven get too hot for indoor use?
The Ooni Volt 12 reaches 400°C in about 15 minutes, but it's built specifically for indoor use.
Of course, the surface underneath gets warm, I usually place the oven on a wooden cutting board, which helps insulate.
The oven cools down in about one hour after use.
Does the oven produce smoke?
The Ooni Volt 12 is an electric oven designed for indoor use and generally doesn’t produce smoke.
However, if the kitchen has a window, it’s always better to have some ventilation — especially during high-temperature baking.
